What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing Big Vision’s instance of social scheduling and approval SaaS
  • Building social accounts within native platforms or other SaaS instances
  • Developing a social onboarding process for brands
  • Working closely with the Digital Copywriter and Delivery Coordinator to ensure that assets are delivered in a timely manner
  • Establish daily and weekly tasks and goals according to the queue and quantity of brands to be onboarded
  • Work with Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Coordinator to relay campaign updates and results to improve the social onboarding process

  • Ability to work full-time in our Downtown Orlando office as well as on-site with clients
  • Thorough and detail oriented with strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
  • Entry level: 2-3 years experience

How You Can Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or business
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment industry
  • Daily and personal usage of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social platforms
  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Experience with Facebook for Business, Creative Studio, Sprout, Sprinklr, or other similar platforms
  • Experience with Wrike, Asana, or other productivity tool sets
